在山东省淄博市博山区，7000亩的雨季造林任务已经全面完成。栽植侧柏苗木达到了154万株，其中成活率高达95%以上。这是多个月来，博山区在雨季期间所展现出的成果。在雨季到来的同时，全区充分利用了降水丰富和墒情良好的有利条件，以长期防护林工程等为重点项目加速推进了雨季造林工作。6支专业的造林队伍投入其中，他们不畏酷暑烈日，用尽全力进行大规模的突击式雨季造林。目前，这项工作已全部圆满完成。
今年的rainy season forestry effort in Boboshan District, Shandong Province, has been marked by the implementation of large-scale planting. Each mountainous area has seen plantations covering several hundred mu. To enhance the survival rate of saplings, advanced technologies such as rooting powder have been promoted and applied in plantation operations. Container-grown seedlings with nutrients were used, planted via hole or fish-scale trenching methods, followed by piling stones around to retain moisture and prevent soil erosion. This approach has successfully achieved one-time planting, one-time growth, and immediate results.
According to reports from Boboshan District authorities, measures will be taken in the coming period to ensure a high survival rate for the planted saplings. Strict enforcement of grazing bans will be implemented on difficult-to-protect forest plots through construction of protective signs and markers to deter livestock damage to young forests. This ensures that once a plot is planted with trees (xuncai), it will thrive (hucai) and ultimately become a sustainable forest ecosystem (guangshi).
